When Wayne Sumner started Jackson Sumner & Associates, it was just Wayne Sumner and Mimi Dobbins. Mimi and Wayne. That was in 1981. For 37 years they’ve been a team. And they STILL are a great team.

When you see working relationships like that as an employee, it tells you that you’re working somewhere that believes in the long-term. It also means that we are around each other more than we are for almost anyone else in our lives,…so you had better like them, be able to work through disagreements with them, and genuinely respect them.
