JSA strives to provide some of the best benefits around to both in-office and remote/satellite staff. Amenities include an in-house gym and zen/meditation rooms, monthly wellness initiatives that reward participants with treats, gift cards and even additional time off. Our Culture

Company culture is vital to not only attracting potential new hires, but it’s also important when it comes to retaining key talent. Social events are a common occurrence, including our annual Cornhole tournament and end-of-year Christmas party. Philanthropy

Charity and philanthropic outreach is a big part of how we connect with our local community. JSA selects between 3-4 local organizations every year; funds raised from JSA-sponsored events across the year are matched 100% and then split among those groups at the end of the year. As a privately-owned, family-oriented company, we feel our connection to those who have supported us along the way in our journey is paramount.

Employee growth and development, from both a professional and personal standpoint, are top-of-mind when it comes to our staff.
