Mimi’s Mom’s Fudge
Ingredients
- Wax paper (lay out ahead of time)
- 4 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 Can Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 1 Stick of Butter
- Pinch of Salt
- 13 oz Marshmallow Cream
- 3 Packages small semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 4 cups of Pecans (chopped)
Directions
- In a saucepan add the sugar, carnation milk, butter, and salt.
- Stir constantly on medium heat until it comes to a soft boil.
- Let boil for about 3 to 4 minutes, continuing to stir.
- Add the marshmallow cream and mix in.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix in until it melts.
- Add the pecans.
- Take off the burner and drop tablespoon-sized amounts onto wax paper.
