JSA’s Auto Physical Damage (APD) program is worth tooting our own horn over. Program highlights include:

Eligible classes include, but are not limited to: general dry freight, refrigerated goods, flatbed, auto haulers, and dump trucks.
Ready to get started? To submit, please:
- Complete the JSA Truck Application listing the physical damage coverages requested or any other coverages you’d like JSA to consider for you. If you already have an application or quick quote sheet completed please use that instead.
- Send it to JSA via the portal on this page or email it to submit@jsausa.com.
- Please include any loss runs, MVRs or other pertinent information along with the application.
