- Direct Bill in NC and SC
- Limits up to $1 mil for all risks; Personal injury included up to liability limit
- $5,000 medical payments included on all risks
- No deductibles
- Dog liability included for most breeds
- Host liquor liability included
- Multiple additional insureds for no extra premium
- Owners of 1-4 family dwellings and condos, owner-occupied or rented
- Secondary dwellings
- Vacant land up to 250 acres
- Risks with up to one liability loss under $10,000
- Risks with up to 15 locations
Non-Admitted
- Primary and Excess available for CPL or Owner, Landlord, & Tenant
- Limits $100K to $5 mil for CPL and Excess CPL
- No deductibles
- Available for Individuals, trusts, estates, and LLCs
- Animal Liability available
- Vacant Land
- Course of Construction
