This recipe is one that the kids of JSA demand every year. They are just hotdogs with crescent roll dough wrapped around them, but it’s all about the presentation.
MUMMY DOGS
Ingredients

1 pack of Hotdogs (10 dogs)
- 1 tube of Crescent Roll Dough
- Condiments for garnish
Instructions
- PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees
- SLICE hot dogs to have “arms” and “legs”
- UNWRAP crescent roll dough and flatten into one rectangle sheet
- CUT dough into ribbons 1/2″ wide or thinner
- WRAP dough around dogs until they look like mummies
- BAKE for 13-17 minutes or until the dough is golden brown
Makes 10 Mummy Dogs. Garnish with ketchup and mayo in a creative way. We show ours with mayo eyes, cheese broomsticks, and dill pickle monster fingers. These are great Halloween night dinner to keep things festive and fun.
