Technology will continue to change the way we all do business. Investment in technology is an essential component of our growth strategy. In the coming year, we will implement an updated and more user-friendly agency portal on our website, as well as more self-serve options and enhancements to the look and functionality of the site.
Members of our leadership team will continue to explore expansion opportunities in our markets and product offerings, thoroughly vetting those that best position us for the future to meet your needs and work how you want to work.
Responsiveness and strong underwriting remain the cornerstones of how we operate. In 2020, we will continue to refine the cross-training of our staff and the streamlining of our processes, bringing to fruition a part of our strategic plan kicked off earlier this year.
